The Supreme Court today ruled that Kerala left party MLAs must face prosecution under Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Prevention of Damages to Public Property Act for damaging Assembly property while protesting against budget presentation in 2015 and upholds rejection of Kerala govt PP’s application for withdrawal of cases.
