Shiv Sena’s Rajya Sabha MP Priyanka Chaturvedi has written a letter to Union electronics and information technology minister Ashwini Vaishnaw demanding urgent and strict actions against “derogatory apps” which demean and target women. She has asked for steps to deal with such nuisances to ensure that they are not tolerated in the country.
